1. Returns

At Ooakshop, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to make it right. We accept returns in cases where:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • There was an error with a custom order.

We choose to work with only the best printers and trusted clothing suppliers in the field, known for their exceptional print quality and garment durability. These industry leaders help us bring our original designs to life with their state-of-the-art tools and high-quality materials. While we trust the excellence of their work, we understand that mistakes can happen. In such cases, we take full responsibility when the conditions require it.

Timeframe for Return Requests:

To help make the process smooth, we kindly ask that you contact us within 5 natural days of delivery if your product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. While it is not a strict requirement, doing so helps expedite the process and ensures that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

However, all return requests must be initiated within 15 natural days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after this time. 

If your product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at eugenio@ooakshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will promptly inspect it. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 natural days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us within 15 natural days of receiving your order at eugenio@ooakshop.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other return reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Please ensure that your return is securely packaged, and we kindly ask that you use a trackable shipping service. Without a trackable service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


6. Dropshipping Conditions

We work with trusted dropshipping partners in the United States and Mexico who uphold the same high standards we maintain for print-on-demand. Whether your order is fulfilled through dropshipping or print-on-demand, rest assured that our commitment to quality remains the same.

For dropshipping orders from China, please note that shipping times may be slightly longer due to international distances and regulations. While these factors may cause a small delay, the return and refund conditions still apply as they do for our print-on-demand orders.


7. Compliance with Sales Channels

We may use platforms like Google Shopping and Facebook Shops to sell our products. Rest assured that we comply with the policies and standards set by these platforms to ensure your satisfaction and a seamless shopping experience. 8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask you to:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as there may be a processing delay.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at eugenio@ooakshop.com.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 30 minutes of placing it. Please contact us as quickly as possible at eugenio@ooakshop.com. If your order has already entered processing, we may not be able to cancel it, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
